On Thursday the bus leaves school at 8am sharp for the RDS. This is a great opportunity for the children to see Science projects made by other primary and secondary school students from all over Ireland, as well as visiting exhibitions by educators and businesses. But first and foremost this day is for Rowan Class to showcase their own project: 'Which slows your heart rate faster, mouth breathing or nose breathing?' Because tomorrow is a day off for the children (not the teachers!), make sure they review their notes and their job for Thursday. Their jobs are:
Group 1: Victor (Results), Sumukh & Lea (Interactive Display), Jasmin (Welcome and prediction box).
Group 2: Seema (Results), Daniela & Candy (Interactive Display), Rhema (Welcome and prediction box).
Group 3: Loic (Results), Hassan & Bianca (Interactive Display), Eunice (Welcome and prediction box).
Group 4: Milena (Results), Kelvin & Ayub (Interactive Display), Abigail (Welcome and prediction box).
Please encourage them to make a presentation at home and feel confident talking about the project. I will attach some photos of parts of the display:
