Why does a baby’s heart beat faster than an adult’s?
Our names are Candy and Bianca, and our question was ‘why does a baby’s heart beat faster than an adult’s’. We found that baby’s heart beats faster than adults because they are smaller. An interesting fact we found is that a baby’s heartbeat is around 140 beats per minute while an adult’s heart beat stands at 60-100 beats per minute. Another thing we would like to learn is ‘why is the heart pink?’.
